※Due to the limited number of seats on the bus, we do not allow use for groups of 8 or more people.
Gathering on Day of Bus Departure
– Reception will begin 15 minutes prior to bus departure. Please be sure to check-in at least 10 minutes before departure time.
– To ensure our smooth and proper bus ride together, it is necessary to strictly keep to the time schedule.

Fee: 1,000 yen per person, one way (tax included)
Children who need a seat will be charged the same as the adult fee.
※Please make payment at the front desk on the day of your stay.
(No charge for those who have already made a reservation by phone or through the hotel’s official website.)

Reception will begin 15 minutes prior to bus departure.

On the 1st floor of New Chitose Airport in the arrival lobby, between Arrival gate 4 and Arrival gate 5, there is a big green sign reading “Hokkaido Tour Desk” at the domestic flights tour desk area.

We have a cancellation policy for shuttle bus from 6 days prior to your stay.

Important Note
– On days that there are no reservations made, the service will not be running.
– Please be aware that even in cases of flight delays, our shuttle bus will run on its original schedule.
If you choose to take other means of transportation instead of our shuttle bus, those costs will be the responsibility of the you the customer.
– Please be aware that depending on traffic conditions, the bus may run on a slight time lag.
– This is a completely non-smoking bus.
– Please note that neither we, nor the bus company, shall be responsible for the loss of your luggage and/or personal belongings.
– Please note that it is not possible to board or drop-offs other than the set schedule.

New Chitose Airport -> Noboribetsu Onsen (Donan Bus) Exp 1 hr
Muroran Station -> Noboribetsu Onsen (Donan Bus) 1 hr 15 min
Access by car through Expressway
Get off at the Noboribetsu Higashi IC on Hokkaido Expwy.
Make a left turn at the gate and follow the Route 286 for Noboribetsu Onsen (25 min.).
You will find Sekisui-Tei on your right.

– From Kita-Hiroshima IC・・・1 hr 30 min.
– From Chitose IC・・・1 hr 0 min.
– From Yubari IC・・・1 hr 50 min.
– From Asahikawa area・Asahikawa Kita IC・・・2 hr 31 min.

Access by car through National road
Take Route 36.
Head for Noboribetsu Railway Station when you enter the city of Noboribetsu.
Take Route 286 at the station and go forward for a while.
You will find Sekisui-Tei on your right.

Access by JR Train
Limited Express, “Super Hokuto”, “Hokuto”, or “Suzuran” are available.
Approx. 1 hr 10 min. trip but slightly different depend on express trains above.
Local train “Rapid Airport”
Example ： From Sapporo to Noboribetsu
Taking “Rapid Airport” and get off at Minami-Chitose Station→Change to a local train bound for Tomakomai Station, then get off at Tomakomai Station. →Change to another local train bound for Higashi-Muroran
get off at Noboribetsu Station.
Approx. 2 hrs.
